Cheese Ravioli or Tortellini with Amy’s Pasta Sauce
Entree Ingredients (Two Servings)
Cheese Ravioli from the refrigerated section of the health food store
Pasta Sauce, Amy’s Marinara or Tomato Basil
˝ tsp. olive oil
Parmesan cheese, grated
Steamed Broccoli and carrots
Preparation
Cook ˝ package of Ravioli according to directions on container.
Rinse and drain.
When cool, add a little olive oil and coat to prevent them from sticking together.
Divide the Ravioli and place on two separate dishes.
Pour a small amount of Amy’s Pasta sauce on top of each serving of Ravioli.
Sprinkle a little grated cheese on top.
Prepare steamed veggies and arrange on plate with Ravioli.
Serve
Heat Ravioli dish and steamed veggies in microwave for 1 min.
Serve with extra pasta sauce to taste.
